Role Summary
We are hiring a Software Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling direct sales of our cloud-based software solutions. The candidate should be confident in meeting clients, understanding their business needs, and offering suitable solutions from our product suite.This role involves meeting targets, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
Generating new business leads through visits, calls, and references.
Understand client operations and offer the right product solutions.
Give product demonstrations to explain how the software will solve their challenges.
Follow up with prospects and close deals as per the given targets.
Maintain regular contact with existing clients for renewals and upselling.
Coordinate with the internal team for client onboarding and support.
Prepare basic reports on visits, client feedback, and sales status.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience in software sales.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Should be comfortable with field visits and meeting business owners or department heads.
Experience in selling to industries like manufacturing, real estate, corporates, or institutions is preferred.
Knowledge in HRMS module is a plus.
Knowledge of IoT is a plus.Must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate.
